What we do
AI automation for manufacturing.
We help factories eliminate paper, manual data entry, and disconnected systems, replacing them with intelligent workflows that learn directly from the floor.
Our software connects machines, ERPs, and people in real time, turning tribal knowledge, production, and quality data into systems that run smoother, faster, and smarter.
Backed by the founders of HubSpot, Typeform, Apollo, Hustle Fund, Brickyard, and more.
Our mission
We are here to reindustrialize America.
That means bringing world-class technology back to the factory floor, empowering operators, restoring pride in American manufacturing, and helping people do their best work again.
We believe great companies are built by great people, together, in person. We train together, eat together, and build products that move the needle for real industries and real people.
The role
Turn one-offs into components.
Every deployment we run teaches us something. A new ERP, a new machine protocol, a new quality workflow that only exists in one supervisor's head. Your job is to take those one-off solutions and turn them into components the whole company can reuse.
You will build the integrations, adapters, and internal tooling that our forward-deployed engineers rely on, working alongside the Principal Product Engineer on the shared data model and platform architecture. You will ship fast, see your work land in a real factory within weeks, and get direct feedback from the people using it on the floor.
This is a builder's role. Heavy on shipping, light on process.
What you will do
Ship fast. Build for reuse.
- Build and maintain internal SDKs and adapters for the systems our customers already run: ERPs, MES, auth providers, data sources, messaging, observability.
- Ship features across the stack, from data ingestion pipelines to the React interfaces operators use on the floor.
- Extend the scaffolds, code generation templates, and CLI tooling that let the team spin up new services and new deployments quickly.
- Contribute to the ontology and data modeling work, mapping new customer systems into our shared model.
- Harden what we ship: testing, observability, versioning, and environment bootstrapping.
- Go on-site when it helps. The fastest way to understand the problem is usually to stand next to it.
What we are looking for
What you bring on day one.
- 2-3+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production code.
- Proficient in Python and TypeScript/React; comfortable moving across APIs, services, front end, and data.
- Working experience with Docker/K8s, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability in production environments.
- Exposure to integrating with enterprise systems (SSO/OIDC/SAML, data sources) under security and compliance constraints.
- Bias toward shipping. You would rather put something real in front of a user this week than design it perfectly for a month.
- Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders; thrives in ambiguous, customer-facing, on-site work.
Tech stack
Examples, not requirements.
- Languages & frontend: Python, TypeScript, React.
- Data & services: Postgres, REST/GraphQL, queues, caching.
- Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform (AWS/GCP preferred).
- Developer experience: Monorepo (Turborepo/Nx), CI/CD, testing, observability (logs, metrics, traces).
- Nice to have: AI/LLM productionization, batching, evals, latency optimization, guardrails.
Culture & perks
What you get.
- In-person only, full-time.
- Gym, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge access. HQ is in Chattanooga, TN, headquartered out of Brickyard.
- High-equity compensation.
- Work directly with the founders every day with full ownership.
- High-trust, high-intensity environment built on craft, speed, and impact.
- Frequent team dinners with the community.
